Q. Who is the payment processor for easyDonate Kiosk?
A. easyDonate have partnered with SumUp to develop the easyDonate kiosk solution. All payment processing is carried out by SumUp who process the transaction and send funds to your bank account once cleared. No funds pass through easyDonate systems.

 

Q. What is the charging structure for easyDonate Kiosk?
A. All hardware including kiosks, card readers, lanyards, tablets are supplied by easyDonate for a One-Off charge.

Along with device costs, there is a subscription cost (annual licence) in order for us to provide our software, portal and support your device as a managed kiosk.

 

Q. Are there any monthly charges for easyDonate Kiosk?
A. There are no monthly charges to pay to SumUp or easyDonate. easyDonate charge an annual licence charge in order for us to provide our software, portal and support your device as a managed kiosk.

 

Q. What are the transaction charges for easyDonate Kiosk?
A. SumUp charge a transaction charge of 1.69% which works out at 5p on a £3 donation or 17p on a £10 donation. However, the easyDonate system is unique in allowing the donor to optionally cover the transaction charge which means the charity receives the full intended donation amount.

 

Q. Can we use any other payment processor other than SumUp with the easyDonate kiosk?
A. The easyDonate Kiosk is built  to only work with SumUp. We have a strong partnership with SumUp going back to 2019 when the kiosk was originally developed.

 

Q. Can additional modules or kiosks be added at a later date?
A. Absolutely. You can upgrade your package at any time to add additional modules or devices. We will only pro-rata the annual charge from the date of addition to your next renewal.

 

Q. What customisation is available?
A. We can add a logo to your easyDonate kiosk and amend the background colour to match your charity theme.

Additionally, you are able to amend the preset donation amounts, wording, fee types (for the additional modules), donation types (for the multiple donation types module) and many other settings via the easyDonate portal.

Q. Who is the payment processor for easyDonate Online?
A. easyDonate utilise Stripe to provide payment processing for the easyDonate online solution. All payment processing is carried out by Stripe who process the transaction and send funds to your bank account once cleared. No funds pass through easyDonate systems.

 

Q. What is the charging structure for easyDonate Online?
A. We charge a setup charge to set you up on our systems and integrate with your SumUp account.

Along with the setup cost, there is a subscription cost (annual licence) in order for us to provide our software, portal and support.

 

Q. Are there any monthly charges for easyDonate Online?
A. There are no monthly charges to pay to Stripe or easyDonate. easyDonate charge an annual licence charge in order for us to provide our software, portal and support.

A. The easyDonate Online system is built  to only work with Stripe. We have extensive experience of working with Stripe going back many years.
