All of our prepared kiosks come with a SumUp card reader, 1 years guarantee and full support as a managed device from easyDonate. We’ll remotely monitor your purchased kiosk and ensure your kiosk is performing optimally so users don’t face issues when donating.
Fixed Wall Kiosk
Our most popular solution. This comes with an adjustable angled mount which attaches to a wall using four screws. It is also available as a bespoke configuration for tabletop use.

Freestanding Floor Kiosk
Our most versatile solution. This comes with a heavyweight base and can be moved around as required.

Mobile
We also support mobile device usage, which makes esayDonate the perfect portable fundraising solution. Our app is available on the Android app store and only needs a supported Android phone and a SumUp card reader. There is no additional licence charge for this and all tiers include a minimum of 1 mobile device.
Hardware Cost: £30 to £160 dependant on requirements. We can supply SumUp card readers, lanyards and portable tablets if required.
Subscription
Along with device costs, there is a subscription cost (annual licence) in order for us to provide our software, portal and support your device as a managed kiosk. This means we’ll ensure your kiosk is running properly and ready to take donations securely. Our costs are split into three tiers so we can accommodate charities of all sizes to ensure everyone can take advantage of our offering.
Bronze

- Recommended for medium-large organisations who require many donation points and need multiple bank accounts
Transaction Charges
easyDonate have partnered with SumUp to develop the easyDonate kiosk solution. All payment processing is carried out by SumUp who process the transaction and send funds to your bank account once cleared. No funds pass through easyDonate systems.
There are no monthly charges to pay to SumUp or easyDonate. Instead, SumUp charge a transaction charge of 1.69% which works out at 5p on a £3 donation or 17p on a £10 donation. However, the easyDonate system is unique in allowing the donor to optionally cover the transaction charge which means the charity receives the full intended donation amount.
Standard Features
Our solution includes many features as standard including:
- Add your charity logo and custom background colour
- Customise text within the donation page via the easyDonate portal.
- 8 Preset Donation amounts e.g. £3, £5, £10 etc. These can be customised via the easyDonate portal.
- Custom Donation Amount
- Option for donor to cover the SumUp transaction charge so the charity receives the full amount. This can be enabled/disabled per device or globally
- Option to disable features on a per device level e.g. a portable device may require fewer options/prompts
- Collection of Gift Aid Details. This can be enabled/disabled per device or globally. Gift Aid details can be found in our portal. All the data is properly formatted and ready to be copy/pasted and submitted to HMRC for your claim
- Identification of transactions that maybe eligible for Gift Aid Small Donation Scheme (GASDS)
- Identify transactions per device via the easyDonate portal
- We’ll remotely monitor your purchased kiosk and ensure your kiosk is performing optimally so users don’t face issues when donating

Service/Member Fee Module (+£20/year)
This module will allow you to take member/service fees using the easyDonate app accepting all major card types. Up to 4 amounts/fee type can be preset along with a custom amount. Our reports will identify the name, address and reference (optional) of the fee payer. The easyDonate app also collects gift aid details for eligible organisations.
Madrasah/Student Fee Module (+£20/year)
This module will allow you to take Madrasah/Student fees using the easyDonate app accepting all major card types. Up to 4 amounts/fee type can be preset along with a custom amount. Our reports will identify the name, address and class/reference of the student.
Multiple Donation Types (+£20/year)
Let users specify which donation type and project they want to pay towards e.g. choosing a specific cause or campaign such as Roof Project, Zakaat etc. Upto 10 main categories and unlimited sub categories can be preset via the easyDonate portal.
Additional Kiosks (+£25/year)
Increase the number of kiosks from 4. Terms Apply – please contact us to discuss requirements. Available on the Gold Licence only.
Additional Bank Accounts (+£50/year)
Increase the number of SumUp Merchant IDs/bank accounts. Terms Apply – please contact us to discuss requirements.
