Account Deletion

The easyDonate Android application utilises your SumUp account for the purposes of carrying out any transactions. The Merchant ID associated with your SumUp account is then associated with a licence on easyDonate systems.

In order to close your SumUp account, please follow the steps as provided on the link here. This will close your SumUp account and delete associated data stored by SumUp as detailed on the link above.

The merchant ID and associated transaction data will remain stored on easyDonate systems for auditing purposes. If you would like this to be removed, please complete the contact us form found here requesting this data to be removed.
